What are the requirements for renting Waverunners?

You must be 18 to rent with a valid ID and credit card. The minimum age to operate a Waverunner is 12.

Where are you located?

We are conveniently located in Sioux Falls, and deliver our equipment to any of the lakes and rivers in the South Dakota and Northern Iowa area. Contact us to find out more about our delivery services.

What do I bring with me?

We do recommend protective eyewear while riding. Please wear sunscreen, proper active/swimwear and no flip flops are recommended. We provide life vests and have various sizes available as well as rash guards.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your arrival date then you will receive a 100% refund. If the weather is severe and we determine that you cannot go out on the day you are scheduled, then you will also receive a full refund. If there is any need to change dates or times, please give our office a call as soon as you foresee a problem so that we can reschedule you. As long as you have given us sufficient notice there will be no charge for rescheduling.

At what time should I arrive for my reservation?
Arrive 30 minutes prior to reservation. This way, you will have time to check in, read all liability forms, sign waivers, and receive instruction by staff. Arriving 30 minutes early allows for you to not cut into your reservation time.
What about cell phones and personal belongings?

We are not liable for any damage or loss of your personal property.
